One would think that these would be enough to handle.  But, one of the partners has to always push the envelope for more. 

He has had this crazy idea for years and always wanted to market the idea and product, because it does indeed work.  It has worked for his family and is used even today even though the candle does not physically exist. Just to say, "I need to light your candle" is enough.

The basic premise is the same. 

How do we tell a person or individual that they are GROUCHY in a way that is non confrontational, but yet get the message across to them time and time again.  And the first few lightings may be exciting, but without some work involved, there cannot be success.
