If there is a problem, Please contact us.  All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Please realize that return shipping will be at your expense.  The only item that may be deducted from you charges is the actual item in contention.

Contact one of the owners personally.  We do not have any secretaries or other assistants.  We answer the phone.  Our spouses may answer sometimes, but you will be talking with the owners.
